Monthlly is a listings marketplace for rentals that are available now and rented on a month-to-month basis.

Monthlly helps renters discover listings and contact the owner or agent directly.

Monthlly does not process rent, bond, deposits, holding fees, applications, lease documents, inspections, background checks, or move-in arrangements.

Any rental agreement is made directly between the renter and the owner or agent. Users are responsible for checking the listing, the other party, and the terms before proceeding.

Owners and agents are responsible for keeping listing details accurate, lawful, current, and available.

We may remove or hide listings that appear inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, duplicated, stale, or otherwise unsuitable for Monthlly.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

You must not misuse the site, scrape it without permission, post misleading content, impersonate another person, harass users, or use Monthlly for illegal activity.

You keep ownership of content you provide, including listing text and photos.

You grant Monthlly permission to host, display, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the site.

We do not guarantee that a listing will be available, suitable, lawful, safe, or accurately described.

We do not guarantee that a renter, owner, or agent will complete a rental arrangement.

To the extent permitted by law, Monthlly is not responsible for disputes, losses, damage, payments, deposits, bonds, rent, inspections, lease terms, or conduct between users.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies once posted on the site.
